About

Michelle Thai (she/her) is a Taiwanese-American illustrator and writer based in New York. She received her AAS and BFA in Illustration at the Fashion Institute of Technology. Michelle loves creating whimsical characters and detailed watercolor illustrations for children's books. She is inspired by the playful worlds she grew up reading about, such as Peter Rabbit and Winnie the Pooh. Michelle is also fond of food, fashion, and cosmetics illustrations. In her free time, she enjoys writing poetry and traveling.
